TCS Sydney Marathon

100 PERCENT USELESS Doesn't work at all, I've tried on multiple phones but it just times out. So we can't track our family member, don't know when they finish or where they are. That's pretty disappointing, especially when someone has trained so hard. Sydney just got major marathon status but it can't put a tracking app together. Pretty poor, especially as these reviews have been going for a couple of years now.

This app would be better if it DNS'd instead of sitting in the gutter on Oxford Street as a DNF. The app and servers are unusable. the app is constantly getting a server unreachable or timeout warning like a marathoner that has not trained for a 42.2km race. switching to Live tracking view is a guaranteed app crash, like hitting the wall at 35km, then cramping in your legs, and vomiting the gel you just tried to eat.

Can not track the runners I want as the app keeps crashing. The pop-up notification keeps saying something went wrong and timing out shutting down the app down. This should be better for a now world major marathon event!!!!
