My order arrived. I'm satisfied with the products. I went and set a new order, which went through but once again, there's no confirmation email. And for some reason I now am not able to log into the app. Please help.

The app is great, its a nice little app. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the customer service is horrendous. Ive sent emails and DMs on social media receiving no reply back. Been going on a whole week now and still no reply.

I have tried like 4 times to order one of the kits to even see if I like the tea, and it ends up like I'm ordering two or three I only want one,so very frustrating .
