The app itself is put together very well, BUT how it interacts with orders isn't the best. If I place an order and show early via drive thru, they won't prep it early (even if I am the only one there). It would be quicker for me to order when I am there. There should be an option for drive thru and in-store, so that if you go in the drive thru, they will begin prepping when you pull to the speaker. Otherwise, it would be a good app for me.

Much improved! The app used to be a real pain to use, but they've got things running smoothly. Now it's a breeze to use. My only complaint is that when I order online for pick-up in store, it never shows my name on my phone screen when they ask me to confirm the order is mine. They keep having to find the order number and compare instead. Apparently, it doesn't happen with anyone else, just me. Doesn't happen on delivery orders though, just pickup orders. I'm just lucky I guess. š

I waited 2 and a half hours just for them to cancel my order. Their app messed up at the store, and showed the order as delivered. I asked for delivery and their only offer was to remake the food IF I WENT TO THE STORE MYSELF. I'm working, that's why I ordered delivery. Don't download this app or order from them. They don't care if they waste your time or even try to make things right.
