The old app was a lot better. I seem to get a "we're experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later" error quite often when logging in. The new savings purse has a lot more steps to access it versus the old app, which includes transferring money between your available amount and savings. There is no longer a slide to view your account balance. The only positive I have is I haven't lost any money yet.

DO NOT GET THIS APP! would do zero stars if possible. i had the older app but then it made me change to this one and ever since I've had countless problems. I've been using the green dot cars for a little over 5 year and never had these problems. first wasn't able to access my money after switching to this app, was able to for a week then the next nothing and I had to wait almost a whole week to be able to use my money. now having problems even logging in to see any info.

Edit: New system is down as often as it's up. And if it's down there is no work around for transferring money. This sucks! "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". A perfectly serviceable app has now been abandoned for a new, uglier app. Getting signed in for the first time required jumping through a lot of inconvenient hoops -not something you want to do when you want to access your account in a hurry. I REALLY don't like the new interface.
