I had a lot of fun. You have to complete quests, gather material, fish, trade, help people, hire personnel, explore and fight. Though there's the possibility to follow the quests in a certain order by tapping the icon on the bottom right corner, you have the freedom to do as you wish and make money but be careful about how you spend it. Once you learn a few tricks, it's easy to make money to progress but the first time, I spent all of my money for a hungry troll and then couldn't continue because mushrooms, herbs, eggs and fishing were no longer available. My suggestion for the developer is to make the fishing spots, mushrooms, eggs and herbs permanently respawning so that we can keep making money even if we follow a different path. Great game, please keep making them!

Completed it in about 4h? I used an arbitrage trick to gain massive amounts of gold which is probably not what the developers intended but it really lessened the back and forth and juggling of resources. If you want a where's wally type of game, this is probably a nice one for you. I wanted some more game mechanics other than "we need x items to proceed" so that's why only 4 star for me. I ended up buying 3-5 copies of everything since they break randomly and it's hard to tell which is useful

Amazing game that follows quite a nice narrative. No ads whatsoever are displayed or needed to beat the game. You do take some time realising where to go and why, in the beginning, but once in full swing you'll be feeling more at home. I will definitely be looking for a follow up game. THIS is how you make games. Congratulations.
