App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

I can never connect a device in one go. There's always an issue in some connection step. Any troubleshooting is a pain to go through and not easy to follow. I dread everytime I have to open the app to connect a new device. You should also be able to ignore devices found if they aren't yours. I shouldn't have to skip over the device a neighbor has over and over to just try to find the one I'm trying to set up.

NOT impressed vs. Ring or home security. First, setup is counter-intuitive & updating a Wi-Fi password is unnecessarily complicated. Resetting a camera after a power outage?... pain. If you do not have the code from an outside camera saved, you'll need to take the device down outside to reconnect. Then, camera useage is inferior. If you're familiar with Rings' simple snooze feature for alerts, then don't expect that here. Finally, any videos are gone > 2 hours unless you buy Nest (money grab).
