it's trash. whoever they have programming this thing is horrible. how is it on the app if an amber alert shows up? You can't remove it. hitting OK does nothing. after it plays 20 times, it still doesn't go away. if I could give it 0 stars, I would. update. I fixed it. still trash. if you're using apple TV, keep hitting the menu button and try and scroll to the right. I hit the menu button about 5-10 times. no pauses. shouldn't have to do this if there's an OK button.

We wanted to love streaming to our smart TV using Spectrum. But we hate it. Setting up recordings is easy on my phone app. But watching them on Roku TV is awful. When you try to ff or rewind, you can't see what you're skipping. It's nearly impossible to navigate to different live channels without going back to the home screen, and you can't pause, rewind or ff live TV. Switching from one screen to the next is very slow. All this might be better if I could use my phone app to control the TV app.

This app works about 25% of the time. We have uninstall and reinstall, force close, clear cache and relaunch. 3 different devices, android, Xbox and roku, dosent matter get errors constantly when changing channels and/or launching the app always an issue. It's not my internet connection btw, speed tests come back with good speed everytime. I wish I had other options but, spectrum is it. So disappointing that they won't do more to keep their customers happy, but I guess you don't have to when the customers have no other choice.
