Forced to pay on the app, no offers allowed to be used in person, like most other apps out there. Not sure how something so basic can be completely missed. Edit: Beware of submitting too many receipts at once, their system doesn't allow it, top it off while you're wasting time trying to find out WHEN it will accept the receipt again, you can miss the 72hr window and it won't get accepted at all! Really? There shouldn't be a limit on receipt submissions if you paid for your food!

I'm convinced every fast food app is terrible, but this one takes it to the next level. It's actually impressively bad. I placed an order where the app confirmed it and everything, then sat in line for 15 minutes just to be told the order didn't exist. Reopened the app and confirmed there was zero history of it the order. It disappeared entirely. Complete waste of my time and sanity.

I tried to place an order on July 19, 2025, and once I finished ordering and tried to check out. And I would check the checkout button it would load telling me it's processing the payment and it would take me back to the menu to where everything I ordered was on receipt. It kept doing that for 5 times and every time I would do the same thing take me back to the receipt. I checked my bank account and it charged me 5 times for the same thing. My order didn't get through, had to cancel payment.
